We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or to reschedule an appointment.  You will receive both 72 hour & 24 hour confirmation messages regarding your scheduled appointment. 

 

If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged.  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, up to 50% of your booked service may be charged.

 

It is our goal at Obscura Studio to do everything possible to accommodate our client's schedules and time regarding appointment cancellations and changes.   We ask that you place call us as soon as possible when making a modification to any scheduled appointment.  

 

Please keep in mind that we do understand that some circumstances, such as inclement weather & emergencies take place & you may not be able to modify your appointment 24 hours beforehand.  We will do our best to accommodate your changes in such situations.
